What if I run out of entries?
Each package allows a specified number of entries (or form submissions) per month. This number is the total of all entries from all of the forms within your account. When you reach your maximum allowed number of entries in a month, one of two things will happen. 1) On a free plan, your forms will not accept any entries beyond the maximum per month. 2) On paid plans, your forms will continue accepting entries and you will be charged $0.05 per additional entry that is submitted. These charges will be applied to your credit card as a separate "overage charge" at the end of any billing cycle in which you exceed your maximum number of entries.
What about support?
All packages include email support and our helpful knowledge base. Email support is offered Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm central time. Standard support for all plans responds to all inquiries within two business days. Premium support, included with the Titanic plan, responds to inquiries within four working hours.
Are there any contracts or cancellation fees?
Absolutely not. Simply pay by the month and you can cancel your account at any time. You can also change your account's package at any time.
What about privacy?
The simple answer is that we do not ever share or sell your personal information for commercial purposes except to provide products or services you’ve requested, and only if we have your permission. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
